Community & HOA Fencing
Perimeter & Common-Area Fencing for HOAs and POAs
We work directly with HOA boards, POAs, and property management companies on community perimeter fencing, entrance monuments, and amenity-area fencing across North Houston.
Who We Work With
Built for boards, POAs, and management companies
We work directly with HOA and POA boards, community managers, and third-party property management companies across The Woodlands, Conroe, Magnolia, Spring, and the rest of North Houston – not just individual homeowners. Whether your association is replacing an aging perimeter fence, screening a new amenity area, or standardizing fencing across a multi-phase development, we scope the project, bid it in writing, and work on the association’s timeline and approval process.
What We Build
Community fencing projects we take on
Perimeter Fencing
Boundary fencing along the community’s edge – full replacement or sectional repair, matched to the existing style.
Entrance & Monument Fencing
Ornamental steel or aluminum fencing and gates at entryways and monument signage that set the tone for the whole community.
Pool & Amenity Enclosures
Code-compliant pool fencing, plus fencing for clubhouses, playgrounds, and other shared amenity areas.
Sport Court Fencing
Tennis, pickleball, and basketball court enclosures built to handle daily use.
Greenbelt & Common-Area Screening
Privacy and semi-privacy fencing along greenbelts, detention ponds, and shared green space.
Dumpster & Utility Enclosures
Screened enclosures for community dumpsters, utility equipment, and maintenance areas.
Working With Your Board
We make it easy to bring to the board
Association projects move through a board or management company, not a single homeowner – so we build our process around what that approval chain actually needs.
- A written, itemized bid with photos and measurements you can bring straight to a board meeting or vote.
- Certificates of insurance and vendor paperwork – W-9, COI, and anything else your management company requires to approve a vendor.
- Phased scheduling and budgeting for larger projects, so a long perimeter run can be split across budget cycles or seasons.
- Invoicing to the association or management company directly, with the documentation your treasurer or accounting firm needs.
- A single point of contact – Bryan or Byron – for the life of the project, not a rotating call center.

Why Associations Choose Us
A contractor your board can rely on
- Local and licensed in North Houston – we know the materials and conditions here, not a national franchise working off a template.
- Fully insured, with an 18-month workmanship warranty on top of manufacturer coverage.
- Experience with larger, multi-phase installs – not just single-yard residential jobs.
- As seen on HGTV’s Worst Yard on the Block – built on camera to a production schedule, so we know how to hit a deadline.

Our Process
From site walk to board sign-off
A straightforward process built around how associations actually approve and budget for projects.

An itemized proposal with photos and measurements, ready to bring to a vote.
03
Approval & paperwork
We supply COI, W-9, and anything else your management company needs to approve us as a vendor.
04
Scheduling
Single project or phased across a budget cycle – we plan around the association’s timeline.
05

Community Fencing FAQ
Can you work directly with our property management company?
Yes – we regularly coordinate with management companies on scope, scheduling, and invoicing, in addition to working directly with board members.
Do you carry the insurance our association requires?
We’re fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance, W-9, and other vendor paperwork your management company needs before approving work.
Can you bid a multi-phase or multi-year project?
Yes. For a long perimeter run or a project that needs to be split across budget cycles, we can scope and price it in phases.
Do you handle permits for common-area fencing?
We check city, township, or county permit requirements for the project and handle them as needed, along with the Texas 811 utility locate before any digging starts.
Can you match our existing perimeter fence style exactly?
In most cases, yes. We’ll identify the current material, color, and style during the site walk so new or replacement sections blend in with what’s already there.
