A Consultative Estimate, Not a Sales Pitch

We start by listening. Every estimate is a site visit where we walk your property, talk through what you actually need the fence to do, and look at your budget and your HOA’s requirements before we ever talk materials. That sometimes means recommending a less expensive option than what you asked about, or steering you away from a style that won’t hold up on your lot. We’d rather you end up with the right fence than the one that was easiest for us to sell.

We Handle the Paperwork: 811 and HOA Approval

Texas law requires calling 811 at least two business days before any digging, including setting fence posts, so utility lines can be located and marked. We submit that locate request ourselves as part of scheduling your job – it’s one less thing you have to remember or track down.

Many of the neighborhoods we work in – The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, and similar HOA-governed communities – require architectural committee approval before fence work can start, often down to specific materials, colors, and heights. Proactive, Consistent Communication

You shouldn’t have to call us to find out what’s going on with your own project. We check in with scheduling updates, material status, and anything that changes along the way, rather than waiting for you to notice something’s late and ask. And you’re not passed between a rotating cast of office staff – you’re working with the same people from your first call through your final walkthrough.

Management On-Site During the Build

Someone from our management team – not just the install crew – is present during your build. If a question comes up or something on-site doesn’t match the plan, you’re talking directly to someone who was there for the estimate and understands the full scope of the job. You shouldn’t have to re-explain your own project to the person holding the nail gun, or wait on a callback from an office you can’t see.

Real Timelines, Real Credentials

In most cases we can start your project within a few days of your signed estimate. The main exception is jobs that involve custom-order materials, like specialty gates or finishes that come from the manufacturer on their own timeline. If that applies to your project, we’ll tell you upfront rather than let a surprise lead time catch you off guard.
