18-Month Limited Workmanship Warranty

At 76 Fence North Houston, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. All fence installations completed by our team are covered by an 18-month limited workmanship warranty, beginning on the date the project is completed.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in workmanship only. If an issue arises as a direct result of improper installation performed by our crew within the 18-month period, we will repair or correct the affected area at no cost to the customer.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover damage or deterioration caused by, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God (hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, lightning, or other natural events)
• Weather-related conditions such as high winds, heavy rain, extreme temperatures, or storm damage
• Normal aging or natural wear of materials
• Customer misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized repairs/modifications
• Soil movement, ground shifting, heaving, erosion, or impact damage from external forces (e.g., vehicles, equipment, fallen trees or branches), as well as damage caused by tree roots or vegetation overgrowth

Manufacturer Warranties

Any manufacturer warranties for materials (such as lumber, metal, hardware, or composite products) are provided directly by the manufacturer and are separate from this workmanship warranty. Coverage, terms, and limitations vary by manufacturer.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, customers should contact 76 Fence North Houston and provide:

• A brief description of the issue, and
• Clear photos of the affected area

We will schedule an inspection to evaluate the claim and determine eligibility under this warranty.
