Our Process: What to Expect

Here’s how a typical project goes from first call to finished fence.

1. Estimate. We visit your property, look at the layout, and talk through material and style options.
2. Materials & design. You choose the material, style, and any HOA-required specs.
3. Financing (if needed). Financing is available through Hearth for qualified buyers – see our financing page.
4. Permits. Not always needed, but some townships and cities require it. See fence permits by jurisdiction.
5. Texas 811 utility locate. Before any digging, we call Texas 811 to have utility lines marked on your property. See Texas 811 before you dig for what this involves.
6. Installation. Our crew installs your fence, accounting for our clay soil and drainage.
7. Maintenance. We’ll tell you what upkeep (if any) your material needs to hold up in our heat and humidity.
