About This Area

Champions and Willowbrook are unincorporated Harris County communities built out mostly from the 1970s through the 1990s along FM 1960 and Highway 249, with Beltway 8 forming Willowbrook’s southern edge. Champions is known for its older, tree-canopied streets and golf-course neighborhoods; Willowbrook grew up around the retail corridor near Willowbrook Mall and has more newer development mixed in. Our office is right here in this area, so it’s territory we know well.

Where We Actually Work

We’re in Champions and Willowbrook all the time, working areas like Champions Park, Champions Village, Champions Colony, Champion Forest, Huntwick Forest, and Cashel Forest on one side, and Lakewood Forest, Prestonwood Forest, and Charterwood on the other. Closer to Willowbrook, that’s Winchester Country, Harvest Bend, Willow Pointe, Turtle Lake, Steeplechase, and the Wortham neighborhoods, plus Jersey Village and Ponderosa Forest. We also take jobs throughout the surrounding neighborhoods along Highway 249, Highway 6, and Beltway 8. That’s not an exhaustive list, though, so If your street isn’t on this list, don’t sweat it. Most of this area is inside Houston, with a mix of City of Houston lots and unincorporated Harris County pockets. Champions is mostly older, established neighborhoods. Willowbrook has more newer development and commercial growth mixed in with residential streets. Some neighborhoods here have HOAs and some don’t.
