Are You Licensed and Insured?

Texas doesn’t issue a state license for fence contractors, so “licensed” isn’t a meaningful claim here. That’s true of every fencing company in the state, not just us. What actually protects you is insurance, and that’s where we can give you a straight answer.

What we carry

We carry General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance. General Liability covers property damage during the job; Workers’ Comp covers our crew if someone’s hurt on your property. Without it, an injured worker’s medical costs could become your problem as the property owner.

What to ask any fence contractor

Rather than asking “are you licensed” (a question Texas doesn’t really have an answer to), ask to see proof of General Liability and Workers’ Comp coverage before you sign anything. See our full hiring checklist for more questions worth asking.
